Cabot's 300g Clear Gloss Exterior Spray Pack

PREPARATION
Note: Fill nail holes, cracks and other defects with Cabot’s Wood Tone Putty after applying the first coat of this product for accurate colour matching. Remove stains, dirt, wax, grease and oil with mineral turpentine. Remove any polish with a suitable polish remover.
Bare Interior Timber
Sand the surface smooth using 180 - 240 grit sandpaper. Sand only in the direction of the grain. Remove all traces of sanding dust.
Previously Coated Interior Timber
Thoroughly clean the surface with Cabot’s Floor Clean and allow to dry. Sand with 180 - 240 grit sand paper and removal all traces of sanding dust.
APPLICATION
Important - Work in a well ventilated area and protect nearby surfaces from overspray.
1. Before spraying, share can well for about 1 minute, ensuring the mixing ball is moving vigorously inside the can.
2. Hold can approximately 20cm away from the surface. Apply light coats with a quick even motion, beginning and ending each stroke beyond the surface being sprayed until the desired finish is achieved.
NOTE: For exterior timber a minimum of 4 coats is recommended, depending on porosity of timber. Clear the nozzle after each use by turning the can upside down and spraying for several sections.
